Background: 37 years old, 73.5 kg. Spanish. Runner since year 2000 (half marathon, marathon, 10k...). Triathlete since 2004. Combining endurance with lifting.

Discovered Strongfirst last summer. I started with S&S program and reached the 32Kg goal at december. Since january combining S&S with Easy Strength, for practising my deadlifts and bench press. Since I started with Strongfirst, I have reduced my endurance training volume, yet improved my 10Km record. I feel stronger than ever before. I am at my lowest body fat ever and lifting heavier than ever.

I am lifting and training endurance almost every day, at short workouts. Next month I am planning to reduce the overall volume and practise more mobility and flexibility.
 
Easy strength session:

102 Kg Barbell Deadlift. 2x5
78 Kg Bench press. 2x5
36 Kg Barbell curls. 2x5
24 Kg Kettlebell Swings. 1x42
Barbell rollouts. 1x5

Running session:

Intervals. 5x(3' Hard - 3' Rest)

32 Kg Kettlebell Get ups. 5 each side.

Feeling strong!

Yesterday (variety day)

Sw 24 kg x 90/4 min H

Will stay another week at this level. Maybe can go up, but I prefer master the workout before.
