Background: 37 years old, 73.5 kg. Spanish. Runner since year 2000 (half marathon, marathon, 10k...). Triathlete since 2004. Combining endurance with lifting.
Discovered Strongfirst last summer. I started with S&S program and reached the 32Kg goal at december. Since january combining S&S with Easy Strength, for practising my deadlifts and bench press. Since I started with Strongfirst, I have reduced my endurance training volume, yet improved my 10Km record. I feel stronger than ever before. I am at my lowest body fat ever and lifting heavier than ever.
I am lifting and training endurance almost every day, at short workouts. Next month I am planning to reduce the overall volume and practise more mobility and flexibility.
