Back squats: 74 kg. 1x5, 78 kg (1x3, 1x2)
Let switch to only doubles and triples

C&P: 24 kg 5x2

Time to add weight and concentrate only on doubles and triples

C&P: 24 kg 5x2
Triple is near
 
Back squats: 80 kg 2x3, 84 2x2
Starts feeling good

C&P: 24 kg 1,2,3,2,2
a week more at this level
 
Back squats: 80 kg 2x3, 84 2x2
Can increase doubles soon

2 triples series, not bad!
 
100 Kg Barbell Deadlift. 2x5
Barbell rollouts. 2x5

Pretty hard deadlifts after some months without lifting
 
C&P 16Kg + Pull-up Bw 5 x (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) H
Sw 24 kg x 75/3 min H

Presses feels light, but I am struggling with pull-ups. Try another more week, and then increase press weight.
