Next week, double 24 Kg presses
Soon 32Kg Swings

Sw 24 kg x 211/9 min H

Struggling with double presses. Need more time at this level
I think 32Kg Swings can be safely reached
 
24Kg C&P + Pull-up 3 x 1 L
Sn 16 kg x 82/7 min L

If I am going to switch to 32Kg swings, it is time to test 24 Kg snatches also

Since today is not an all-in day, and only have to swing for 3', I have used the 32 kg kettlebell, and feel good about that.

Not easy 24 kg snatches after christmas stop. Maybe I need another more week without increase weight
