Barbell Atlas Stones and Barbells

I have never really used Dumbbell Flys. I now see value in building the chest and shoulders for crushing strength to bear hug Stones.

I added a few sets of DB Flys to the end of Bench Day. Supersetted with Chest Supported DB High Row.

Not sure if this is something you've tried but the idea of doing 'crush curls' came to mind: Either squeezing a heavy kettlebell between your hands while curling it or even a pair of barbell plates pressed together with the smooth side facing outwards (works best with old-school iron plates or steel powerlifting plates if you have them) to really emphasise that crushing 'bear-hug' strength.
