Almost there! The progress in times have been amazing! How is the Achilles tendonitis faring up?
Not bad, I keep doing calf raises on the stairs in hopes it helps strengthen the joint. Hoping to have a run this week and start 10k training next week. Currently looking for some program which will increase my running times whilst maintaining KB strength.
I don't know how much of a carryover this would have compared to getting out and running, but it would definitely give you strength endurance and a good base while maintaining KB strength...

I want to be running more really, got 8 weeks to prepare, so looking for something that combines running 3-4 times a week and maybe 1-3 times a week doing some kettlebell stuff. Will probably just wing it
