Nutrition Aussie Yogurt, Kefir, and Sour Cream

As an Aussie all I can say is everything tastes better over here. Can’t give you a reason, it’s just true.
As for your Australian yogurt, well you’ve already worked out it’s not Australian. I’ve had some Greek inspired food that my Greek heritaged workmate informed me had nothing Greek about it.
 
So - what is different about yogurt, kefir, and sour cream in the Land Down Under? Aussie folks, educate me, please.

Hi Steve, I'm not from the Land down Under, but have cultured gallons of kefir, yogurt, and sour cream over the years. The difference between them is the type of bacteria (probiotic) used to culture them. All 3 are good to eat, especially when fermented using raw milk. The store bought pasteurized stuff, eh... so so, but it tastes good as your first post states.
