Beast Taming Practices

Hi, this is my first training log. In recents years I was training to run Spartan races and be healthy, I completed a Spartan Ultra in 2018. In 2021 my goals are more strength oriented but I will continue to run 3 times a week.

Short term goals : Beast tamer pull-up, One arm pull-up, Half bw Press

Long term goals :
Triple bw Deadlift, Sinister, Beast Tamer
 
Hi @mikhael Im 5′7″ and 140#, my current 1RM are the following :

Weighted pull-ups : 85#
Deadlift : About 300#
Press : 63 #
Weighted pistol : 7 X 20 # with right leg, 4 X 20# with the left (I am working to bring left leg up to par)

So only my pull-up are near Beast Tamer, I have a lot of work to do :).
