Attempted to do a pull up...

Arm bars, 4 kg (may post a video for feedback, I am either really tight or doing this wrong)

1 handed swings, 12 kg, 8 sets
2 handed swings, 12 kg, 2 sets (lost form on the one-handed swings and switched back to two-handed)

Turkish get ups, 8 kg, 10

QL-straddle stretch, 90x90, pull up bar hands

I put together a new programming sheet and I should hit the Simple goal by August!! Just have to keep pushing! :)

My knees have been aching while I try to sleep and I haven't recovered from workouts, so this weekend required a break. I dont know if its from making the jump to 16 or if its a nutrition/sleep/whatever issue. Hopefully back to 100 in the morning and ready to hit it hard.
