Beginning S & S

Fri -
5 rounds jumprope
(10 pushups, 10 BW deep squats, 10 inverted rows) x5

*weekend off for family duties. aim for 3 sessions of S&S next week and build to all swings one-armed.
 
Sat - off

*New baby born at 0300 Sunday! No sleep that night. Shift into battle mode. Workouts for the next few weeks, when possible, will be adjusted for sleep quantity and resources available!

Sun - off

WEEK 21: JUNE 12-18

Mon - off

Tues - off

Weds - off

Thurs -
S&S warm-up with 30 lb dumbbell
(10 pushups, 10 L=R BW lunges, 10 lat pull downs with 90 lbs) x5

Fri -
S&S warm-up with 35 lb dumbbell
1.5 mile run
 
Congrats!! Im on the same boat here, with a 3 month old baby girl. Finding time for training is not so easy, but we have to try!

Swings with 16 kg 10x10 (TAS, TAS, TAS, TAS, LAS, RAS, TAS, TAS, TAS, TAS)
TGUs with 16 kg x5
 
Tues - off

Weds - 2 mile run

Thurs - (10 pushups, 10 L+R BW lunges, 10 inverted rows with rings) x5
 
A belated congrats on the new baby @DCM ! I can relate... I actually started S&S for the first time right after my second daughter was born.
