Hey guys, just to make an update, I have rhomboid trigger points on my left side. It does affect range of motion of my left shoulder. It usually does not create any problem in daily activities but I realized it creates abnormal movement patterns of scapula under specific circumstances. I cannot properly reach back or bring my scapula together. I have scapular winging on my left scapulae when I do band pull-aparts and push-ups. My right side does not have such problem. I began to think rhomboid trigger points may be causing the winging problem.

Get a good deep tissue massage, and/or dry needling... works wonders.
