Kettlebell bent press form

Bent press is a new movement for me. 20kg feels light. Be gentle.


James, looks pretty good to me! Just 3 small tips:

- keep pointing the palm of your kettlebell hand forward, to avoid "unscrewing" the shoulder (especially on your left)
- create better lat shelf in the bent press rack - let the elbow sink further backward and down (especially on your right)
- start to incorporate heavier weight - gradually, patiently, of course.

Wow, thank you, Sir! Even after I watched it several times, that totally went unnoticed.

I will definitely go heavier with this movement because that is how I found the groove with the TGU
