Don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I'm sure there are some of you. When doing the bent press, I have no issue with one side but I cannot, for the life of me, seem to get the mechanics worked out on the other side. Short of having to seek out an SFG, anybody have recommendations or possibly have a similar issue they were able to overcome?

Send a vid over??

Try practicing the kneeling bent press first as well and a lot of arm bars

Don't have a video yet, but I think I am going to just go back to basics with the kneeling bent press. I am 99.9% sure it's just a matter of the mechanics catching up with a smattering of lesser mobility (I have had surgery on this shoulder in the past). It's definitely the strong side as opposed to the weak, but I feel like a little TLC through some progressions like the kneeling bent press and armbars/crooked armbars will get that going.

Thanks to both of you for your help.
