Now...I know of course there are natural differences and you probably have thought about this already but...do you eat enough? I mean...ab muscles need some filling material as well and as a woman of your body size (okay...1,82 ^^) who easily outweighs you by 10kg while still being relatively slim...it was the first thing I had to think ofBy nature, I am fairly tall and slim (1,83m, 60kg). However, for vanity and because for once, I'd like to, would it be possible to get an effective "core routine", using bodyweight only, to get more visible abs.
