If you could one exercise /lift from barbell, bodyweight and kettlebell what would be IYO the best bang for your buck for each disipline?

Mine would be Barbell-deadlift,kettlebell-swing,and bodyweight -a push up variation.

What are your picks?

kettlebell - TGU

barbell - deadlift

bodyweight - pistol... or pullup?

BB: Clean & press or OH squat

KB: one-arm swing

BW: well, if "bang" is pure strength: pistol, front lever; if "bang" is general athletic ability: handstand, muscle-up.

Bang for buck?

I'd go with

Deadlift

Swing

Pistol.

If I had to do a program feat kb/bb/bw I would choose diffrently, but just exercises I'll go with the same. Leg drive, Leg drive, Leg drive....

- BB regular old back squat

- KB swing

- BW Pullup (or muscleup if I could just do one)

That's a Squat, Hinge, and a Pull movement from Dan John's list of 5 movements (just missing the Push and Loaded Carry).  I guess the muscleup would include both a Pull and a Push too.
