No doubt, lying extensions done in pullover fashion are excellent at building real size for the arms. And that link is by far the best version. Great call.
 
Have been doing heavy incline benching with pauses. This really helped. I have not tested my one RM yet, but with current rep schemes the bar speed has really increased in the OHP. BTW- for someone who has never really benched I surprised myself how much more I was putting up on the incline bench then I thought I could. That has got to be years of OHP with bells and barbell transferring over. Keep pressing!!

Placing yourself under a doorframe and getting into a press position. Then, trying to "press". It gives a very efficient isometric exercise.

I have tried this on a few occasions. I remember almost injuring my quads because i was contracting so intensely.
