I have been doing OS Resets for a few years. Always wanted to try the Bulletproof stuff but like you, I had other goals. I spent years doing barbell stuff (531/Tactical Barbell). Got bit by the KB bug and then I wanted to reach Simple. Once I did that I wanted to finish ROP. I was doing ROP for a few months but my back pain put me on hold for finishing it fully. (I completed a modifed version with the 24kg but never got to test my snatch or press.) I decided then it was time to try the bulletproof stuff and give traditional training a break.

The biggest change for me is how I feel. I feel good. My body is in a much better place which in turn puts my mind in a better place. This style of training takes a mental fortitude that I didnt know I had.

Awesome stuff - especially the part about how you feel.
The mental fortitude aspect really interests me as well. I might give this a go after I attend SFG II in Nov.

It'll be interesting to see how your "barbell stuff" is affected if you ever decide to test it.
