Made this one up today...
100lb Sang Drag left arm while carrying a 32kg KB in right arm. Then Drag sandbag backwards while still holding KB. All while wearing 40lb weight vest

Switch sides and repeat

5x5 Toes to Bar

Headed into a vacation tomorrow. Might pack a KB and do some easier work next week. Not sure yet. I do find it makes me feel better but I also dont want to be compulsive about it.
