Hello. I have body dysmorphic disorder and social anxiety and am in to combat sports and strength training as a hobby. I am making a video solely on how BDD effected me and my training. Would it be appropriate to post the video on here to share? It will be done and posted on YouTube.
 
@Erik, I'm not sure. I moved this thread from its original location in Training -> Barbell to Training -> Other, but perhaps our off-topic section, Not Training -> Everything Else, is a better place. If you'd like, post your video link in a new thread in Everything Else and we'll see how it goes there.

Hello Everyone. This is my video discussing Body Dysmorphic and how it effected my training. Statiscally speaking this might hit home with a few people.
