And/or a training effect ( fatigue? ) in the posterior chain, especially if you're running with some speed.
My LED work is mostly MAF & sub MAF. Additionally I tend to do a weekly tempo run when family responsibilities and workload allow. So not very fast. And no I don’t feel tired… comparing myself to others I tend to run longer and slower than most… my suspicion is my fibers are slow
