Bodyweight Body weight & Hip Hinge ?

I'm asking because for few years my lower back has been bothering me here and there...I think that hip hinge movement (deadlift, swings) is something that might help me strengthen that...

It might depend on why your lower back is bothering you. Have you had it looked at and has a cause been identified?

If your back pain is related to something like weak glutes, and you're able to practice the hip hinge using all the right muscles and none of the wrong ones, then it might do a lot of good. But I think it's important to first know what's wrong with your back.
