Bodyweight GPP

    Hey I need some advice for a bodyweight gpp program.

    I go on a daily 30 min run (heart rate 130 - 150) in the evening I plan to do an bodyweight gpp circuit like the program maximum in pavel kettlebell challenge book.

    30 - 45 mins circuit consisting of push ups, pull ups, Dips and rope climbs at a submaximal strength level. At some time I throw in some snatches, swings etc.

    Whst is your meaning about that?

    The Naked Warrior is great (push ups and squats using GTG, toward OAOL PU and pistol). You can combine it with 3 sessions a week of an heavy pull (swings, snatches) S&S style. Then, pull ups. That way, you got it all covered.
