Hey I need some advice for a bodyweight gpp program. I go on a daily 30 min run (heart rate 130 - 150) in the evening I plan to do an bodyweight gpp circuit like the program maximum in pavel kettlebell challenge book. 30 - 45 mins circuit consisting of push ups, pull ups, Dips and rope climbs at a submaximal strength level. At some time I throw in some snatches, swings etc. Whst is your meaning about that?
