Bodyweight bodyweight squat ladder workout

Hi peeps :)
Has anyone done the squat ladder workout by @Karen Smith? I have found the video on yt but cannot find any further information about the rest time?
Tipps welcome :)
 
Are you asking about the 1-10 squat ladder with the final rep of 5-10 having a hold?
Rest will vary per person and how heavy you are loading your squats.

The rest will be whatever you need to be able to get all reps in with good form.

so the example of the ladder looks like this
1 reps.. squat to rock bottom, come up 1/2 way then back to rock bottom then return to standing. - Rest
2 reps... each to rock bottom, 1/2 up, back to rock bottom to standing. -Rest
continue until you get to five reps then it changes to this
resps 1-4 as above then on rep 5 you squat rock bottom, come up to 1/2 then hold here for :5 sec then rock bottom then stand. - Rest
on set 6 - 10... each last rep will have the hold but the hold increases by 5 sec on each rung.

Final rung would be 1-9 like above then rep 10 would be rock bottom, 1/2 up, hold for :30, rock bottom and stand.

Reminder it can be done bw or loaded.
