Nutrition BOGO at Dale's Raw Foods

I and others in our community like the protein bars from Dale's Raw Foods - he was (is?) a certified kettlebell instructor, I'm pretty sure.

The {B}uy [O]ne, [G]et [O]ne Free runs a few times a year - these bars are regularly $39 for a dozen, but at half that price, they cost the same (about a buck and a half) as a lot of what you can buy at the local store, and these are raw, vegan, and some of the flavors are really tasty - vanilla-cashew is a house favorite here. We buy a bunch at a time, keep a few boxes out, a few in the refrigerator, and a few more in the freezer.

Their web site is a little bit odd - the way it works is that, if you order an even number of boxes, they mark every other box down to zero, so be sure to do that.

Another kettlebell instructor (assisted at my SFG cert) who makes a GREAT product that is healthy and delicious is Paul Potts' "Cracked Nut Butter" -- I highly recommend it!
