So a couple weeks back, I feel back on my knee doing a turkish get up. This knee was already a little tender from working on it (construction), but when I fell it hurt bad... No swelling or bruising on outside, it appears to be getting better. But there is one spot, that only hurts when I put pressure on it. I can work on my knees and feel no pain until I hit that one spot. I've had things like this in the past, usually from working on rocks, but never a fall and this one is a little worse.

I'm assuming its a bone bruise, I can squat, run, carry, jump, and crawl as long as I don't put pressure on that one spot. Anyways anyone ever have anything like this? I don't think it requires a doctor visit (knock on wood), as it seems to be getting better.

I’d consider seeing your doctor since it hasn’t healed.

Yes, I have had that. I just did TGUs to Tall Sit, sometimes 5x1, sometimes 5x2. Sometimes some overhead carries. Plus abdominal breathing and core stability strength endurance work (esp. high rep dead bugs).

These days I put a small piece of cloth (20x30 cm, legal sheet size) as padding for my knee during TGUs. I place it below the armpit of my free arm in the starting position. I need to be precise with my movements to hit it -- which is very instructive.
