I have the Hip Thrust Pad from Rogue. Ordered it after the first two sessionsArrrgh, no, not barbell hip thrusts!
The first half a dozen times I did those, I didn't know you were supposed to use a pad.
I still wince and squeeze my groin together at the thought.
The "squat sissy pad" wasn't really helping, but the Rogue pad is really good.
