Hello there,
I am a big fan of these two exercises and have been breathing as such:
Hindu - Breathe in when diving through to upward dog and exhaling when pushing back to downward dog.
Advice taken via:
Bomber Diver -
Breathe out as I dive through to upward dog, hold briefly whilst breathing in and then breathe out when reversing the movement back to downward dog. At this point I hold, breathe in and then proceed to my next rep.
My question is in regards to Hindu push-ups. I have tried breathing the other way around and both methods feel fine but when I watch videos and even Steve Maxwell himself he actually breathes out during the dive through and in when pushing back to downward dog.
Does anyone have more expertise on the matter?
Thanks,
Dat
