Barbell Breathing Mechanisc and periodization

Hi everybody I train for 14years My main sport IS BJJ Also competitive Itrain with Strongfirst principles for last 9years .

First question Can someone advices me some good books about breathing while exercise whe squating pulling or pressing and mechanics or so ?

My first Strenght training was Basic Pavel PTTP with Barbell which give me LOT of good Strenght basics then severals years of S&S, and A+A.

Nowdays I do with kettlbells only A+A (heawy swings ) for my endurance 2-3x times a week for 20minutes.

Nowdays I want create some simple Barbell Strenght program because I want increase my Strenght and be a so strong as possible.

Now I read some article from Chad Wesley about his approach on Strenght training periodization Hard medium and Easy .
What you think How Can Simple how to easily determine the intensity and volume for each day?
For me its look like Pavel s Presses and snatches in book Enter the Kettlbell.
