Beach run 1 hr

With literally under 30 seconds left in the run my left calf went South, need to work on that left leg now. Been walk/running with the pup every day for ~30-40 mins, today's run was going so well.. :?:

Take it easy on running with the pup. Some folks recommend not having them ‘run’ until they are a year old.
But, hard I know. Those little buggers just love to run.

Thanks Brian, he's not running full out and we jog along for a couple minutes at a time.. then walk, he's near faster than me I think, not that it's a great feat these days ? . He's doing great on the leash for a 9 week old little guy. He practically trains himself and I get most of the credit :)

I'm going to research what you said and see what's good for him, we certainly don't need to invite hip issues to crop up later on. His parents hips are good and his wolf blood should help clean up some problems too.

Thank you for the heads up! ?

Beach run/walk 30 mins
Calf is still shaky and my daughter was there with me so I quit at 30 mins, beach was crowded ?

Yesterday I was loading a big side-by-side fridge onto my truck and popped something in my shoulder, doesn't seem too bad but will see how it is tomorrow.

Shoulder is not normal but still functional, it'll heal up quickly I think. Been a tough week and I've been busier than a one arm wallpaper hanger as well. ???

I bet the mace will be your friend for shoulder restoration.
