Beach run 7 mi.

Run averaged 11:25 min/mi.
Fasting today at 20 hrs and still going.. was going to run for an hour, then felt SAF so decided to just keep going. It's been around 3 mos since starting DIM supplement, 100 mg morning and evening. Can't say it's a knock your socks off thing, but I'm steadily getting stronger and more durable, and the only thing I'm doing different is taking DIM. ?

Around mid run had to hit the bathroom and dump some extra ballast, funny how HR climbs as it comes on. I really hate when the run gets broken up by biological needs, then a standing trickle was required again later :/.. oh well, still enjoyed pushing beyond the norm.
