Mini circuit x 4 (done in 35lb vest)

Tried the 30 lb mace.. :/ no go with shoulder impinge. Tired after work, gotter done.

Inverted ring row - 6 7 7 8
Push-up - 8 8 8 9
Pull-up - 3 2 2 2

Supersets
Bamboo bar curls with 20k hanging - 8 8
Lg green band pushdown with bamboo - 20 20

I read this, and thought hey, I'm not that much bigger than Bret, my hand weight on the scale is 161 lbs. And then I read it again, and you were wearing a 35lb. vest, LOL!
