Slowly getting better, sleep is improving, duration and quality are better with seemingly constant vivid dreams. I can run again with clear sinus, push-ups still clog them a bit. Work drains all my energy still.

Yep, mace is great!
I'm battling with some shoulder impingement due to damage in the rear musculature, it's letting the head of the humerus slide forward a bit.. been working on it. I want to get back to some higher volume mace work.
