AM - mile walk

5 mi run/walk
Testing the wheels with an easy jog on the trail, getting hotter out there.. all good Added a couple hill run/sprints at the end.

Mile walk - Buddha has a foot thing going on and my heels are a bit tender so we're taking it easy for a few.

After the walk:
Some warm-up hangs, both passive and active, this is helping shoulders greatly, the impingement problem is gone.

Mace - 5 x 30 @22lb

2hsw x 10 @32k
Close grip pushup on single bell x 8

Supersets - 5 rounds
2hsw x 10 @32k
Pullup x 5

PM - mile walk

Finally getting over being sick I think, it's breaking up and Buteyko breathing really helps clear crap out of lungs. Had a cough for the first time in years, not a bad case but definitely there. Max hold was 75 seconds higher than yesterday.. I'll take it

I would say that hangs have been the biggest game changer for me. I really missed them when i was out of town last week and needed it more than ever doing all that driving.

Can't beat hangs for shoulder health, I have gym rings I take on trips.. very versatile tool.
