Some fun on the rower, first a warm-up, then a 500 meter semi-sprint.. then a full sprint at 500 meters, that one is an a** kicker.. I'm seeing how the rower can really build a body up in many ways, the C2 is pretty incredible.

Stiff and sore today, never really got much better.. typical for me when rain is moving in. Sinus flares up and causes brain stress, along with headache etc.
