Fri & Sat - walking..

WU - 1k row, bands, some karate technique and forms.

High pull - 20 x 5 @28k Used a deep grip for these, might be a keeper.

Ring pushup 6 x 10 EMOM

Superset - 4 rounds
Pushup x 10
Ring row (BW) x 10

Gorilla row - 4 x 10 + 10 alt @28k

Hang 1 min x 2

PM - 2.5 mi walk

After 5 consecutive nights are very poor sleep I finally had a decent one last night, detox from sinus treatment is beginning to finish up. Body has been very sore, cold/contrast showers are helping.. Appetite has been very strong, body weight still hanging between 176 and 178 lbs while strength levels are increasing. All is well.

Mace testing - 2 x 10 @22 lb

Oh yeah! He really loves it, seems to enjoy it the most when conditions are the worst.. lol
Technically, he should be on a leash in the canyon.. I rarely see people down there so I don't worry about it, he's very friendly. The only time I saw others with a dog I put him on the leash, just in case.

Being on the Mesa is a bit more free, there are no restrictions as far as dogs go. There it's more a common sense approach.
