All,

I've posted about my training details before... But as well as using kettlebells, I also have a history of training the powerlifts and I also have struggled with past lower back issues. I've been following the 10/20/Life program for a few years now, with success, and working directly with Brian Carroll (the author) for the last year. Brian's site/books and Strongfirst are my 2 primary sources of training/strength/conditioning knowledge (I mention this because I dont casually recommend non-Strongfirst programs/training on this forum).
