Bodyweight Bring Sally Up challenge?

Is there a best way to train for the Bring Sally Up challenge? Besides just doing it?

My wife decided she wants to work on it. It seems sometimes that training for an event is different from doing the event so I thought I'd ask.

What does that develop, slow twitch fibers I assume?

What exercise is she going to do? Pull-ups are pretty tough, push-ups or squats not so much for me.
As noted, it’s approximately 30 reps plus holds.
