Bodyweight BW A+A

While not an explosive movement, I've done sets of 5 pull ups on the minute for 10-15 minutes in an A&A format. I got me past a knee issue a few years ago and helped maintain grip and back strength for the two weeks I could swing or do deadlifts.
On the same theme with this, the late Glen Pendlay promotes on a minute training: choose a lift, load it about 70-80% 1RM, and do one reps or two every minutes for 20 minutes

Even though I don't it is A+A or not, I think it's great way to practice the lift and can reap lots of benefit

Are you a subscriber of the StrongFirst newsletter @Jonga.bd ? The newest edition includes a StrongEndurance protocol with bodyweight squats.

Sounds like something I've been looking for myself! Seems like I missed it...Is there an archive of the newsletters if you're subscribed? Or could you maybe describe it here briefly?
