Hello everybody,
Decided I had enough of having toothpicks for lower legs and followed this article's program:
The Answer for Massive Calves | T Nation

It's equipment-less daily work (for a month) of 10 minutes straight of calf raises. It's fairly painful, and you won't want to move much the first few days. However, it put an inch on my calves in a month (as the author promised). Wanted to share as it was a great improvement for me.

I recognize it's noob gains to an extent, but if programming calf training is as much of an enigma to you as it is to me, it might be what you are looking for.

I love the simplicity of this. It could be applied to a lot of other movements/ muscle groups too as the author mentions. I think doing this with push ups would be fun.
 
I've decided to give the 100+ daily push ups a go, but maybe I can squeeze this in as well. I've always found training calves, grip, etc. works best in relatively high volume spread throughout the day. Thanks for the share!
