We are well aware of the physical benefits that Kettlebell practice has. However, less is known about the psychological benefits of the practice. This is what I am looking to investigate in this research study. This study will examine the effects that kettlebell practice has on levels of mindfulness and anxiety.
Are you 18+? Are you able to engage in intense physical activity? Do you have 1 hour free? If you answered yes to the above then you are invited to participate.
There are 2 questionnaires and a short intervention that you will be randomly assigned to, either a mindfulness meditation or a kettlebell practice. The total time commitment is just over an hour.
