I would like to be added to plan 103 or 104B (whichever is more appropriate) I am about a month out from my racing season (mtb) and have been doing S&S interspersed with riding for 4 weeks.

These protocols are best used in your offseason. Is S&S no longer providing benefits?

Thanks for the advice. S&S is definitely still solid. Will you still be running the sessions over the winter or have protocols by then? This sounds like perfect training for my offseason/preseason.
