Does anyone have advice on dealing with ripped callus's? I hate gloves & have some
Pretty good calluses & tore one open doing kb snatches.
Thanks,
John

More than likely they were developing a "peak" and were pinched between your palm and the kettlebell handle before they ripped. Once they heal and you re-build them, use a nail file and shave them down weekly so they are flat with no peak.

I bought some callus file on amazon and it’s awesome. Basically just a piece of PVC with sandpaper on it but it works really really well. Gotta grind them down every other day or so and haven’t had a problem since. Sometimes if I notice that “peak” @natewhite39 mentioned I’ll hit em while I rest between sets.
