As I was playing Candy Land with the kids, I saw a parallel with training programs. The character cards can take you far ahead quickly but can also take you backwards just as quickly.

Within just getting the colors, you can get single colors and double colors. If a person could stack the deck with only double colors, progress would be optimal for winning.

What training do you see as a single color, double color, or character card?
