So started on S&S again after being away from kettlebells for awhile . We (wife and I) staryed off with doing strong as hec “back to basics” and aleks salkins 9 min challenge . With the back to basics was hitting 206 swings with the 55lb er and now I am able to do the 65lb for 100. One arm swings out the gate . Definitely shows the carry over ! Also another wth effect has been , I’m not a yogi but the wife and I were joking around and I hit a tree pose and usually I’m very wobbly and etc . The pose was very strong and solid . Was kinda cool !
