On the right of the forum I get a list of instructors for my area (UK). When I click on them I get a page that has their name, but there's rarely any contact details or info. How come?

A fine question. Each instructor is responsible for maintaining that information themselves. Some people choose (obviously) not to do that (for reasons that completely escape me).

People who do the cert for their own knowledge or maybe to help their small circle of friends and family, and don't have the inclination, or time, or set-up to teach others, may be among those in this category.
