Hello

@Pavel Macek
Due to recent work changes, my schedule will probably be very hectic in the near future (I have a long commute so the most convenient for me is to train first thing in the morning). Due to this, I'd like to go from my daily "beyond S&S" to a 2x a week routine, using bodyweight. My main "issue" is that I do not really know what to pick up to get the same "GPP" (strength, endurance, power and stamina) benefits, but using only bodyweight.

Because there would be only 2 sessions (the same ones), I am perfectly prone to make them longer (up to 50 minutes). Ideally, I'd like to "keep" my Simple "GPP"

At my disposal, I still have my pull up bar, and sets of resistance band.

Below are some "figures":
- Currently, with S&S (I use 32kg for both swings and get ups, but occasionally go heavier)
- Do singles of pull ups with 1/2 bodyweight (I weigh 60-61kg, my height is 1,83cm). Can do 20 strict in a row
- Recently got the 1/2 bodyweight press (so 30kg)
- 3 handstand push ups with a slight deficit to get greater ROM
- Can do 3 sets of 3 "Dragon flags", up to 20s of LSit
- 5-10s each side with a "one leg front lever"
- Can do multiple sets of 3 of OA push ups and singles of OA OL
- Up to 7 pistols each side, singles with 15kg added

I thank you very much,

Kind regards,

Pet'
