Sometimes just a couple minutes, sometimes an entire 60 min yoga session. Sometimes just a couple breaths in the car. Nothing structured for sure.

New to the forum just came across this thread, I've struggled with CFS for many years now but have made alot of progress through different therapies, acupuncture, qigong, meditation, breathing etc etc.. Im at a point now where I'm starting strength training again, my plan is keep it very simple and just work the 2H swing for sets of 10 with long rest breaks of 3-5 mins, probably 3 days a week and gradually increase weight and sets over time..

Welcome @Floki1503!

My daughter has CFS, so I really understand how life altering it is.It was great to hear about the progress you have already made and I really admire the strength direction. Please keep us posted on how it is going.

My only advice is that you may want to start with shorter sets to start. Sets of 5-7 with full power will give big benefits and be easier to recover from than pushing to 10.
