This is the only week with a 4th rung. I felt really dialed in with the timing of breathing and driving the bells up became easier. I’m at PRE of 7 at the top of the ladders but rest is adequate afterwards for full recovery. Ladders were every 5 minutes.

Next Friday, I’ll test my RM with the 24s so I’ll use next week as a de-load and increase rest periods.

Uffdah! Last few sets were a little rough. Overall weekly NL of 201 is up from 177 last week. Happy, but uffdah

3/22/21 Nothing

Increased Right upper back/scapular pain from the weekend. No training today. What is most annoying is being a PT Assistant, I have the knowledge to treat myself, but that has not been the case. Exacerbating movements are inconsistent that makes it hard to "self-diagnose." Might just need a manipulation from one of my co-workers.

After careful consideration after some movement assessments and listening to what my body was telling me, I've decided to take a week off from LCCJ practice and let this inflammation go down. this is the first time since 2018 that I have to take some time off.

I will return to RMF, as the long cycle was not the cause of this pain, but it certainly would not make it better.

Easing back into the long cycle. Back felt great throughout and afterwards as well. I’ll get back to week 3 when I return from vacation
