Park Bench time is over and now it is time to have an actual goal. Before the summer, I did a rep max for double C+P with the 28s and achieved 3 reps, however did another test today and got 5 reps after doing OLAD for 10 weeks. Monday start the Double Clean and Press with Kettlebell Strong! My recovery has been solid so at least while performing Phase 1, I will be doing low volume EMOM swings on off days.
