You're still going strong after 3 years! congrats. I"m not reading your 27 page history so ask:
1. did you take any serious breaks? I'm not talking about the life getting in the way of 1or3 weeks, but consider(or forced)breaks for extended periods.
2. Is overall fitness/health still your goal? or are you focused on a particular activity and using this as your strength/power/endurance maintenance?
