How did you find the Victorious 1 program? Without me scrolling the whole way through your log, do you mind if I ask what weights you started/ended with? Looking to run a pressing program after I hit Simple, not sure which way to go.
 
@lais817 Victorious I and II are purchased through StrongFirst under Online Courses. It comes with 3 excellent videos to help you improve your press. Victorious I calls for 7-10RM kettlebell, and on some days a 1-3RM bell. I used my 28 and 32kg bells for the program. Victorious II calls for 4 different sized bells.
